Here’s a look at our process for creating custom logos and bringing them to life.
Discovery & Storytelling
Every event starts with a story.
For mitzvahs, that might mean pulling inspiration from a teen’s favorite sport, city, hobby, or aesthetic. For galas, it’s about aligning with the organization’s mission and fundraising goals. Corporate events require brand consistency and clarity. Weddings? They’re about capturing the couple’s shared identity. Vince always knows just what to ask to get results.
From there, Vince takes pen to paper and creates a rough sketch.
Strategic Design
Our graphics team then magically translates Vince’s doodles and concepts into finished, workable art. Unlike traditional branding that may live mostly online, our event logos must translate across a variety of media. Large-scale print, vinyl, digital screens, and fabric are just some of the applications we work with.
Some things we consider when creating are legibility from a distance, scalability for things like dance floors and step and repeats, clean vector lines in Adobe Illustrator for cutting vinyl, and color adaptability across all materials and lighting.

Dance Floors
Oversized vinyl logos have become the centerpiece of mitzvah and gala celebrations. Whether it’s their name, sports equipment, or their custom logo, the dance floor brings the room together. For weddings, an elegant monogram or floral flourish makes the dance floor unforgettable. Our bigger projects go for a totally custom fully printed dance floor. Your imagination is the limit!
Backdrops and Step & Repeats
Nothing makes a more of a statement than an oversized backdrop with your custom branding behind the dance boxes at your party! Everyone will be taking pictures as they dance the night away. Step-and-repeats are perfect for galas and corporate events creating high-impact photo moments while reinforcing branding.
Tabletop Decor
Centerpieces are a great way to incorporate a logo throughout a space. It’s a small way to make a big impact. Vinyl on acrylic risers is our most popular application, especially when illuminated with the party’s color scheme. Custom table numbers are another frequent addition.
Custom Signage
Custom signage is super versatile way to personalize your event – from welcome signs to seating charts, tv screens, neon and everything in between.
