With one of our busiest summers yet, we have launched right into fall and are looking forward to rounding out such a great year.
Gen-Z may be to blame for trends getting way too niche. Social media has taken over design in the weirdest ways, and nobody can do anything without trying to fit into some sort of ‘aesthetic’.
It has been interesting to watch it unfold both from a social and professional standpoint. Friends wanting to fit into a specific ‘style’ and brides coming in wanting a replica of a Pinterest wedding.
This fall we are finally seeing that curated cookie-cutter aesthetic situation disappears. What people want is personality, and I am so for it!

Warm Earthy Tones

When it comes to color and textures, we are going back to the roots. Heavy layering and warm natural tones. This is causing the effect of comfort in a design. Entering a room and wanting to stay.

Lived in Décor

Everybody wants to add a personal aspect to their events which has caused a very tasteful design moment. Whether it is adding furniture to a space or mixing linens to create unexpected texture, many event spaces look more curated and collected.
Rather than wanting to replicate a ‘Pinterest perfect’ wedding, people are beginning to add in their own style and make it feel more personal.

Experiential Design

When attending events this fall, make sure to expect the unexpected. The surprise factor is the moment of the season! Whether it is entertainment, a dessert array or artistic merit we are all about the guest experience. Everybody is trying to find a way to make their events stand out while making it more personal.

Fall is the first taste of the holiday season; therefore, romance is everywhere. Everything is warm, cozy, and intimate. It is all about being in beautiful spaces with the ones you love.
