Spring Charity Gala- Creative Process

Client Inspiration

Set in the center of the spring season, the clients came to us with the perfect moodboard. Looking for organic seasonal floral designs and a multitude of greenery. Long heavily dressed tables under a tent overlooking the lake.

VH Proposal

Being the organizations branding colors were shades of purple, soft lavender and sage felt like the perfect base color scheme. Adding in pops of magenta, deep purples, and greens tied it all together. Vince hand picked the linens and hard goods inspired by the beautiful venue.

Virtual Sample

Because it is such a large board, rather than joining us in the studio we put together a sample and sent images of our look. This was to make sure everybody was on the same page before production was underway.

Cocktail Details

Cocktail hour featured a large display of auction items, which were the main focal point of the room aside from Lake Michigan of course! We installed this branded wall and custom artwork for the perfect photo op!

Dinner Details

These tables were loaded with florals and candlelight. This created the most magical setting to celebrate such an incredible cause!
